Here, ING describes difference scenarios where businesses have changed their business strategies and it has worked. This article gives a brief description on business strategy changes implemented by Lego, Apple, General Electric, Burberry, and Vivendi. For example, ING describes the change that Lego made to help their drop in sales by 30% in the early 2000s and thus changed their business strategy by becoming more innovative.
